Advice to travelers to book early:
In accordance with the guidelines and policies of our tour operating partners, API recommends booking journeys 6 to 12 months in advance. Furthermore, we advise all travelers to consider the following points:
- Popular destinations, especially arrival and departure cities, sell out early.
- No itinerary activity or visit can be guaranteed unless confirmed by the host or service provider.
- Some service providers like hotels may require a deposit well in advance or even upon registration.
- Reviewing the terms and conditions included in the trip product page for the particular trip you are considering.
