National and Community Host-Networks

Support for the sustainable economic development of rural communities and their capacities to host travelers is a focused effort of the organization's community outreach. As host-networks develop, the Initiative will work with partner organizations to assist communities with small business creation to provide meals, lodging and homestays, cultural experiences, and other services to travelers. Through a collaborative planning approach, these partnerships are designed to be socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable. If you would like to be included in this host-network please email David Landis.

Ethical Travel

In line with the United Nation World Tourism Organization's Global Ethics for Responsible Tourism, the Abraham Path Initiative is committed to responsible tourism that benefits local communities and is respectful of their customs and honoring of their way of life.
